Heaven gained a Beautiful Angel on Monday, June 1, 2020. Trisha Lynn Fleming, 32, of Winter Garden, passed away surrounded by her loving family.
Trisha lived an adventurous and exciting life. She always tried to live each day to the fullest. She loved spending time with family and friends, going to the beach, sit by a fire, find the next best “dive” restaurant, go fishing with her Dad, teaching children to swim, and taking care of others.
Of all her past times Trisha loved to go fishing with her dad the most. When she was little, she caught her first fish off of a snoopy pool. The fish was bigger than she was but she held it high for all to see. She would always have a smile on her face when she was going fishing with her dad.
It was no surprise that Trisha went far in life. She met each day as an adventure and was always up for any challenge. She was a leader, a leader with a smile on her face, sass in her soul, and love in her heart.
Trisha thrived in the West Orange FFA Chapter as an Active member. In 2004-05 Trisha served as a Senior Officer. She also took her first swine project to the 2004 Central Florida Fair and won Grand Champion Swine.
She continued her leadership roles as one of the lead lifeguards at the Ocoee Rec Center. There she helped many children learn how to swim.
Throughout 2012-2013 Trisha traveled Eastern Europe with friends. Visiting London, France, Greece, Spain, Italy, and Germany. Since Trisha never met a stranger she developed many long lasting friendships all over the world!
One of her adventures in Spain she about gave her mother a heart attack when telling her. She ran with the bulls. And was going to do it again. “Ill be okay Mom”. And she was. She sipped wine on the lawn at a concert in Spain. (Liquid courage before running with the bulls). Drank men under the table in Pubs in London, saw the Eiffel Tower in Paris and swam in the seas off Greece.
Once back in the states, she continued her travels to Louisiana for Mardi Gras, Arizona to see the Grand Canyon and the Four Corners Monument, Savannah Georgia and many other states.
Within a few years, Trisha received her Associates of Science Degree in Psychical Therapy. She graduated in 2017 while working as a PTA. She also worked as a Doughnut Crafter at DG Doughnuts. In early 2019 when her cancer started progressing a lot more, Trisha never gave up on life.
She would go out and enjoy each day. She had her faith. Faith in God, faith that everything was going to be Ok. She never gave up and always gave a smile. Trisha encouraged others to be happy, to look at the bright side, to keep moving forward, and to never give up.
If you were blessed to know Trisha then you were blessed with a great friend and now an Angel looking over you.
She lived life to the fullest and with a smile, while still telling cancer to F Off. Live life as she did.
Trisha is survived by her companion, Johnathon; mother and step-father, Julie and Joe; father and step-mother, Spike and Lorna; sisters, Tara, Taylor and Amy; grandmothers, Betty and June; brother-in-law, Brandon; nephew and niece, Brian and Addylynn; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Trisha was preceded in death by the grandfathers, Marvin and Charles.
