Thomas Charles Murray

Thomas Charles Murray passed peacefully in his sleep the morning of July 18th 2024.

 Thomas was born February 8th 1941 to Dennis and Ruth Murray in Detroit, Michigan. Thomas graduated from St. Andrew's

High School in 1959.

 Thomas and Barbara married in February 1961 and shared 63 years of their life before his passing.

 Thomas was a partner with his brother, Dennis, in a small business until he became a patternmaker.

In 1996, Thomas joined Ford Motor Company and earned his die sinker certification. He retired from Ford Motor Company in 2007.

 Thomas and family moved to Florida from Michigan in 2012, where he lived until he passed away.

 Thomas loved spending time with his family, fishing, snowmobiling, playing hockey and golf and watching sports. He

also loved riding his motorcycle. He was described as loving, caring, had an incredible sense of humor and was quick witted. 

He was patient and understanding. Thomas would go out of his way to help his loved ones. 

 Thomas was preceded in death by his son Jimmy Murray. 

Thomas is survived by his wife Barbara Murray, his children Timothy Murray, Thomas A. Murray, Ashley Stachlewitz

(James), Noah Murray (Brianna), his brother, Dennis Murray (Maxine) and his sister, Sandra McDougall (Karl).

He also leaves behind his beloved grandchildren, great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

 Thomas will be cremated and buried at Our Lady of Hope Cemetery in Brownstown, MI. Details of any memorial

service is still being determined. 

The family is being assisted by Collison Carey Hand Funeral Home in Winter Garden,

FL.

 Thomas will be remembered by all who knew him and loved him.
