Preston Madewell

Preston Lee Madewell, 33, of Ocoee, FL, gained his wings on December 4th 2021. He is survived by his parents, Scott and Winsalee DeLaney; Son Rowdee Lee Madewell (Laura Hurst); Sisters, Laycee DeLaney, Kaylee Briseno (Joseph), Jenna Holloway (Damian Holloway); and Brother, Jake Toland; grandparents, Vernon Madewell (Cindy); as well as 5 nephews, 3 nieces, 4 Uncles, 4 Aunts and many cousins.

Preston was a star football player in high school (#33, #54) and after graduation became an Environmental Driller. He will be greatly missed for his unique sense of humor and immense care for others. Preston was a special person you could always count on and had your back. He loved his family and friends and shared special bonds with each and every one of them. His legacy will live on in the hearts and minds of all he has interacted with. May you rest in peace and watch over us all.

A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, December 18, 2021 from 4-7pm at the Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests a new, unwrapped toy be brought in for Toys 4 Tots.  If you are unable to attend the Celebration of Life, toys may be ordered through Amazon and shipped to Collison Carey Hand Funeral Home, 1148 E. Plant Street, Winter Garden, FL  34787.
