Paul Dyal

Paul Eugene Dyal was born on March 31, 1965, to Paul Jackson Dyal and Patricia Darlene Dyal. The oldest of four siblings, he was lovingly known as Gene. On Friday, January 28, 2022, Gene was called home by our Heavenly Father.

Gene may have been the quietest of his siblings, but he will be forever remembered for his smile, his quick wit, his once full head of curly hair, and as the greatest Titan fan of all.

He was the best son, brother, uncle, great uncle, bonus dad, and grandpa anyone could ask for. He was much more than "Uncle Gene" to the children of the family, always ready for a humorous chat, a game of football or basketball, or to pass down life's knowledge.
As our hearts are broken, we are comforted remembering our good times, and knowing Gene is running the streets of gold, the heavenly dirt roads, and catching up with his dad and others who are dearly missed.

Gene was preceded in death by his grandparents Ewell and Helen Powell, Francis and Dorothy Dyal, his dad Paul Dyal, and nephew Tyler Felt.

He is survived by his wife Penny, children Troy (Amy) Bailey, Tasha Bailey (Joseph), grandchildren Clay, Chase, and Kai, mother Patricia Dyal, siblings Keith (Sissy) Dyal, NeSan (Barry) Ayres, Rachel (Steve) Felt, and a host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.

Services are entrusted to Collison Carey Hand Funeral Home and held on Thursday, February 3, 2022, at 5PM.
