Olive Shakes, 85, passed away on May 22, 2023, in Orlando, FL. Olive was born in Jamaica to the late Oswald and Irene (Steele) Clarke. She is also preceded in death by her husband, Ernel Shakes.

Olive is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Sandra and Robert Kingsley Bell; step-son, Garfield Shakes; grandsons, Dwayne Gardener and Brian Willis; great-grandchildren, Brian Jr., Zarian, and Abbygayle; nieces, Marlene and Janet; nephew, Larry Clarke; as well as many friends.

A Celebration of Life for Olive will be held Thursday, June 15, 2023 at 3:00 PM at Collison Carey Hand Chapel, 1148 East Plant Street, Winter Garden, FL 34787.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 pm until the time of service at the funeral home.
