Nicole Rachel Evans, 71, of Oakland, Florida, passed away on February 4, 2025. Born on June 9, 1953, in St. John, New Brunswick, Canada, she was the daughter of the late Euclid “Rossi” and Yvette Rossignol.
Nicole moved to Florida with her family in 1960 and made it her home for the rest of her life. Nicole graduated from Englewood High School in Jacksonville, Fl in 1972 and moved to Orlando in 1973. Shortly after moving to Orlando, Nicole met the love of her life, her husband, Terry. She was Godly, a devoted wife, loving mother, and cherished sister. She leaves behind her husband of 49 years, Terry Evans, and their son, Andrew Evans, along with his wife Hina. She is also survived by her sister, Denise Benz and niece, Chelsea Benz; brother, Mike Rossignol and niece, Sara Rossignol. Nicole is predeceased by her parents, Euclid “Rossi” and Yvette Rossignol, her niece Nicki Benz, and her brother-in-law Billy Benz.
Nicole worked for Walmart for over 30 years, where she was known for her kind heart and strong work ethic. She touched the lives of many with her warmth, love, and gentle spirit.
Her family and friends will deeply miss her, but she will always be remembered for the joy and love she brought to everyone around her.
