Lucille Evans

Lucille R. Evans, affectionately known as Lucie or Momma Lu, passed away Friday, June 12, 2020 at the age of 61.  She was born September 4, 1958 in Brooklyn, NY to Raymond Norkus and Beryl L. Mahler.

During her life, Lucie lived in New York, Washington, Michigan and most recently, Florida.  She was a Medical Assistant with Physicians Associates.  She graduated Summa Cum Laude and was also a Paralegal.  Lucie and her family attended Real Life Church in Mt. Dora.

During her free time, Lucie enjoyed crocheting, cross stitching and trying out new recipes.  Also one of her great loves was "The Wizard of Oz."  She was absolutely obsessed with the movie.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband, Robert C. Evans; her children, Jeff, Jessica, Korina, Rob, Yvette, Tiffani, Sarah, Jolien and Brodan; grandchildren, Selena and Johnathan; and siblings, Ray and Doug.

A Celebration of Life will be held Thursday, June 25, 5 PM, at Real Life Church, 31205 Round Lake Rd, Mt. Dora.
