Louis Polchlopek

Louis Conrad Polchlopek (Con, Connie, Lou) was born in Detroit, MI on August 30, 1947. Beloved Grampa of Lauren, Mantha and Nate, beloved dad of Andy and Andrea, beloved father in law of Jerry, beloved brother of Barb and Chrisha, beloved son of Louis and Eva.

Dad went fishing on the great deep-water lake in the sky on September 6, 2015, and is catching Bass with spoon plugs from his new jonboat right now.

Eternal Detroit Lions fan.

Beloved coworker at the yard on Spring Mountain and Aldebaran in Las Vegas, his second family. Heaven must have needed some new P-phones installed. Longtime patron (and donor) of Ozzies/Kilroy's in Las Vegas, and according to my dad, home of the best retirement party ever.

He is survived by his 1991 Jeep Cherokee which against all expectations (except his), made it form Las Vegas to Florida without one problem and is still going strong. A testament to dads mechanic skills.

We were told that cause of his passing was cardiomegaly, an enlarging of his heart, measuring over two times the size of an average person. We were not surprised by the news. That explains how his heart could hold his coworkers, friends, and family so easily with room to spare.
