In Loving Memory of Jose Alberto Ledezma
Jose Alberto Ledezma, born on July 13, 1977, in Reynosa, Tamaulipas, Mexico, passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on February 14, 2024, after a courageous battle with diabetes. A proud graduate of Nikki Rowe High School in McAllen, Texas, in 1995, Jose embarked on a journey that reflected his unwavering dedication to family and work.
Raised by his beloved grandmother, Bertha Villarreal Ledezma, whom he cherished as his mother, Jose learned the values of resilience and hard work. At the age of 15, he began his career in car washes in Mexico, and at 19, he found his true passion in construction, forging lasting friendships with those who shared his commitment to craftsmanship.
Survived by his three adoring daughters, Julissa (26), Jazmin (25), Jackie (20), his son Jose Jr. (23), and granddaughter Estella Rose (3), Jose's legacy extends through the love and memories shared with his family. He is also survived by the mother of his children, Veronica Requejo (45).
A devoted and hardworking father, Jose's dedication knew no bounds. Whether in sickness or health, he tirelessly provided for his family, leaving an indelible mark on the hearts of those he leaves behind.
In this time of grief, we honor and remember Jose Alberto Ledezma for the love he gave, the sacrifices he made, and the enduring impact he leaves on the lives of his family and friends. May he find eternal peace, reunited with his cherished grandmother in the heavens above. We love him deeply and will forever miss him.
