Doris Altman

Doris Estelle Smith Altman, of Clermont, passed away on Wednesday, April 27, 2022.
She was born on September 30, 1931 in Habersham, GA, the daughter of the late Clyde A. and Stella (Church) Smith. She loved knitting and crochet. Doris especially loved spending time with her family and loved her aprons job at Publix #455 in Clermont.
She was predeceased by her husband, Paul Alvin Altman in 2000, one sister, Louise Smith and a great grandchild in 2015.
She is survived by her daughter, Paula Altman Conrad and her husband Harold, one brother, Steve Smith and one sister, Barbara Haas, her grandsons; Paul Douglas Bagley and his wife Candy, Robert Lewis Bagley and his wife Ann-Marie and Patrick Briley Conrad, seven great grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held form 10AM to 11AM on Sunday, May 1, 2022 at Collison Carey Hand Funeral Home, 1148 E. Plant St., Winter Garden, FL 34787. A funeral service will immediately follow at 11AM, also at the funeral home. Committal services will be at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Gotha.
