Denise Payton

Denise Ethel Payton, 54, of Ocoee, Florida passed away Saturday June 5th, 2021.

Born to Jeannette and Michael Fortin on August 18, 1966, she lived her entire life in Ocoee.

Denise is survived by her children Stephanie Smith (Clenzie) and Joseph Spencer; parents Jeannette Fortin and Michael Fortin; grandchildren Davonte Smith, Isayah Smith, Trina Epps and Chet Tweedy; siblings Dianna Bivins, Deidre Whigham and Robert Payton. She is also survived by her beloved dogs Lola and Jake.

She is predeceased by her grandparents Gertrude and Lawrence Hodges, sister Debra Payton daughter Tiffany Tweedy and a granddaughter, Debra “Makayla” Tweedy.

Funeral services for Denise will be held on Thursday June 17, 2021 at 1pm at the Collison Carey Hand Funeral Home chapel. The family will receive friends and family beginning at 12pm.
